Rather than providing insight or temporary relief alone, we have the opportunity to begin unwinding patterns of stress and nervous system dysregulation, while learning and integrating supportive lifestyle shifts, so you can feel more grounded, aligned, and connected in your body and your life. This program is fully personalized to your unique needs and goals, with deep, ongoing support through coaching, somatic therapy, and messaging support—helping you reconnect with and trust your own power and innate capacity to heal. This single-session experience includes a comprehensive pre-session intake form, a 90-minute coaching session, and a customized follow-up report summarizing our time together, along with personalized recommendations and resources. You’ll receive personalized support and actionable next steps, for you to apply all on your own terms and in your own way.

30-day timeframes offer a lighter level of commitment—perfect for those with busy schedules, those who no longer need the depth of longer sessions or programming, or anyone who has completed the 3-month program. Somatic therapy
While even a few sessions can be beneficial, consistent, ongoing support is often encouraged. Learning the language of your body, re-establishing trust and safety, and processing challenging experiences often require a slow and steady approach as the body and nervous system unwind and recalibrate. Over time, this work supports reclaiming agency, choice, and a sense of ownership over your body and lived experience. We’ll kick off the service with an intake form and brief connection call to make sure we are on the same page with your needs and goals. Then we'll spend some time together in your home going through all your food as you learn what does and doesn’t support your goals and WHY, what to look for as alternatives, and overall how to have a healthier and more mindful relationship to your food. I’ll follow up afterwards with a summary of our time and resources to keep you on track! You'll also have access to a 15 minute call after our session within 10 days to ask any follow up questions that may arise.
